Refund Policy

Subscription billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Pro Student) are billed monthly in advance and processed by Stripe. There is no long-term contract — every plan is month-to-month.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid plan's features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment, we don't offer prorated refunds for partial or unused time in a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.

Pro Student verification

The Pro Student rate requires student verification before checkout. If verification cannot be confirmed after a Pro Student charge, we'll work with you to either complete verification or refund the difference.
